VISA LETTER INFORMATION
To obtain a visa letter to assist with your visa application so that you can attend IEEE SECON 2019, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have a paper accepted to IEEE SECON 2019 or to one of its workshops
- Are a tutorial or a panel speaker at IEEE SECON 2019
- Have registered and paid in full for attending IEEE SECON 2019
Participants of IEEE SECON 2019 can request their Visa Assistance Letters through the IEEE SECON 2019 conference registration process or from the IEEE Communication Society directly. Please follow the instructions listed in Visa Assistance Request Form.
A visa to enter the USA is waived for a number of countries; please visit the Visa Waiver Countries page. For the rest, to enter the USA, in all likelihood, you will need to apply for a Business Visa. Please, visit the US Business visa page on how to apply. In some cases, you might be able to apply instead for a tourist visa. Please visit the US Tourist visa page on how to apply and see if this visa is appropriate.
